Choose a tool for the job, then keep a copy

Start with the record you want to keep: a short daily memory, a planting history, a meal estimate or proof of a purchase. Explore each product's website above to check its workflow, platforms and current features before downloading.

For a small writing habit, the one-line-a-day journaling guide has example sentences and prompts. For GLP-1 record keeping, Vialume's tracker checklist explains which logging and privacy details to check; it does not choose medication or doses.

Before changing or resetting a phone, check your app's export and restore options. A PDF is a readable copy; an app's restorable backup may be a different format. Store your chosen copy somewhere you can access independently of the old device, and check it opens.
